FAQs
Where are you located, and what days and times are available?
I practice in the Cool Springs area of Franklin, TN, just south of Nashville. My office is located between West McEwen Drive and Liberty Pike.
On Mondays and Wednesdays, I offer in-person daytime appointments, with appointment dates expanding soon.
I offer telehealth appointments on a flexible schedule throughout the week for clients who reside anywhere in Tennessee or South Carolina. Telehealth is a safe, secure, and effective way to receive therapy.
Can you bill my insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance. However, I can generate a superbill for you to file with your insurance company if you wish. I am unable to guarantee that you will be reimbursed and, if you are, for what amount.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
A "Good Faith Estimate" is an estimate that explains how much your medical care will cost. As a therapy client, you have a right under the law- if you don’t have insurance or are not using insurance to cover your care- to receive an estimate of the bill for medical care and services. This estimate is included in your intake paperwork.
According to the law, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Your healthcare provider should give you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical service. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. Then if you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
