Palm Grove Therapy is located between Liberty Pike and West McEwen Drive, in the Cool Springs area of Franklin, TN. We are approximately three minutes from I-65, across the street from Centennial High School.

Telehealth is a safe and effective way to receive therapy. When it’s time for your session, simply log in to your secure patient portal to start. We offer online therapy across both Tennessee and South Carolina.

Yes! My office is private, convenient and safe, and is located in Franklin, TN. Parking is dedicated and off-street.

My fees are $180 for both individuals and couples. Sessions are 50-minutes long. I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill if you would like to pursue reimbursement.

Before we meet for your first session, I will send you a link to our secure portal where you can review important documents and complete an intake questionnaire.

During your first appointment, we will review your intake documents, and discuss our practice policies and confidentiality. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, and will set goals for our work together.

I offer collaborative and trauma-informed therapies that integrate practices from attachment, EMDR, experiential, and solution-focused theories and modalities depending on your needs and goals.

A "Good Faith Estimate" is an estimate that explains how much your medical care will cost. As a therapy client, you have a right under the law- if you don’t have insurance or are not using insurance to cover your care- to receive an estimate of the bill for medical care and services.
